After looking at several web sites that carried parts for Kitchen Aid, I found the AppliancePartsPros web site. It was easy to navigate and I quickly located the lamp I thought I needed. (The old bulb did not have a part number on it.) Best of all there was a search window where by entering the model number of the appliance I could verify that I had chosen the right part. This was very important because owing to the small size of the bulb I couldn't be 100% sure from the picture that I had chosen the right bulb.
The price and shipping were fair.
My order arrived sooner than I expected.
It was easy to reinstall the bulb.
I was very impressed with the ease of use of the web site, the fact that the odd part I needed was in stock, and that the whole transaction went so well.
I would highly recommend this company - and I do not make statements like that lightly.
