The rack replacement was very easy and came with the new upgraded ceramic versions of the hold tabs. These screwed into place with a single Phillips screw. The rear now have a border wall which keeps the rack from sliding back and contacting the rear metal wall. This is new on these pieces compared to the old version which relied on plastic snap pieces that clipped on the rack itself. These are easily broken or cracked. The plate was an easy replacement swap.
