Stephen S Northampton , PA April 19, 2019 Appliance: Model LG WM2455HW Spider bracket on tub broken. I disassembled the entire washer thanks to the video that was provided without knowing what was broken. During the disassembly I discovered that the spider bracket on the tub was broken in 2 spots. The bolts were rusted inside tub, so I ordered a new tub assembly from the website which came with everything already attached to it.
