First time I tried to fix without ordering new drum support rollers. Took it apart and greased the original rollers. Seemed to work for about a week or so, then it came back just as bad. Ordered four new drum support rollers and replaced all four in about 35 minutes (including moving the dryer to garage). You need some room to take the dryer apart, but it is very easy to do. Check youtube for complete video step by step instructions on how to do this to make it even easier.
