Initially, I thought the planetary gear and ring were the issue. They were never lubed from the factory. Ordered new ones. On further examination, the worm and follower were bad, so I changed all of them. Works fine, but the gears are a wee bit louder. Perhaps they will wear in over a few hours of running.
