Purchased new keypad and installed it myself. However, one of the 6 screws dropped inside the washer as it was being removed and went straight through the drain screen and lodged 2 inches beyond the screen. Barely was able to retrieve with long tweezers. Don’t ever remove screws without first covering drain with towel or cloth!
