My first piece of good luck was speaking with your customer service representative Wendy. She was an awesome help. She told me what parts I needed and even what size torque bit I would need to take the dryer panel off to get at the start switch mechanism. I got the parts a few days after I ordered them, and with trepidation I pop them in and amazingly my dryer now works. I'm so impressed that I could get that done by myself, but could not have done it without your help. I probably saved a few hundred dollars.
