Mike N Annandale , VA November 20, 2016 Start switch on the dryer would only occasionally work Removed the back cover and replaced the switch. Control knob was also very loose and decided that should be replaced as well. Remove the back cover (6 screws) Remove switch and disconnect the 3 wires Attach the 3 wires to the new switch and twist into place Press new knob onto the switch, while supporting the switch with the other hand Attach the cover with the 6 screws 1 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes
