Went to you tube, saw the exact sane problem. watched several videos as my fridge is 15 years old and the repair did vary some. With a link right after the video to order the part I needed, could not have been simper. part showed in two days and part was replaced within the hour. even fixed the frost that was building up, did not realize all problems were related until viewing the you tube.I swear I think I could do brain surgery if I find the right video.
