Our unit was clicking for some time and sometimes would produce ice cubes and then wouldn't. I found that the white front gear attachment spindle had broke. So I ordered the replacement Ice Maker Control Module for our KitchenAid - Model KSCS25FKSS02 refrigerator. I followed the video and removed the shelving and entire ice maker unit. Pulled the ice level bar out and then removed the old unit (3 Screws on the front - keep them, you will reuse). Put the new unit in, make sure the ice sweep lined up with the D Ring and reinstalled the unit. We have ice. Everything is working fine now. Thanks.
