Pulled out element and inspected receptacle. Noticed mild arcing in receptacle and terminals looked loose as if they didn't grip the burner firmly.
Pulled stove away from wall, unplugged and removed rear panel using 1/4" nut driver. Followed wiring from suspect receptacle to corresponding switch.
Wires have terminals that slip over spades on the switch, used pliers to grip them and pull them away, then pulled old wires back toward the bad receptacle.
Receptacle held by small screw on its steel bracket, removed with phillips 2 screwdriver.
Used same screw to hold new receptacle in place. laid new wiring toward back panel of stove. Wires had plastic loop to hold them in place, made sure to pass new wired through here also.
New wires are extra long, just looped extra neatly next to switch and used electrical tape to keep it looped. New wires have terminal already crimped on the end, slid these onto the spade for the switch. reinstalled rear cover.
