I first called an appliance service co. and they came the next day. They discovered it was the spark module but they did not have one in stock. They would call, when it was in, for a return visit.
After a few days of waiting and lighting the burners by hand, I looked in the internet and found the AppliancePartsPros.com, and typed in my problem. They told me what I needed to do to fix it. I watched the video on replacing the part, and then ordered the part. It was here the next day.
I took the back off the stove and followed the video on replacing the module. It was easy, just like the video showed. I was finished and am still waiting for the service people to call back.
Now my wife is happy.
