The problem was a bad circuit board. The replacement was simple. Maybe 30 min. Then there was MY mistake. It was running now, but not properly. I got assistance from an APP rep. (Brandy) She was patient and helpful. I continued to troubleshoot and reset the circuit board to no avail. I called again and spoke to another rep. (Sally) and she was helpful as well. While she was troubleshooting the issue with me, she commented about a vacuum tube connecting to the circuit board. A light bulb went on in my head as I realized (NOW!) that I failed to connect it. (dummy). I thanked her for her help, connected the tube and it ran fine. Thank you, APP for your help. Word to the wise, take pictures BEFORE you take things apart, and compare when you (think) are done. I usually do, but not this time, and suffered for it. Thanks again APP.
