Replaced the Thermistor Assembly. However it is not necessary to dissemble the top and front of the machine as your video details. This is a total waste of time.
Unless you don't have room to lay the machine on its back or you want to make it look like this is complicated to justify the cost of a service call. Simply tilt the washer back to reveal the bottom. There is easy access to the Thermistor through the open bottom. I was able to replace the thermistor with one hand in less than one minute.
