Replaced the Thermistor with a new one and checked all wiring for a break or crack. unplugged and plugged in all connections to the front control panel.
I was really nervous about removing and reinstalling the front door seal but after watching the video it was easy! Don't bother buying the special LG door seal tool, just use a vice grip as suggested in the video!
