I decided to take a look at the back of my unit. Pulled the cover off of the compressor electrical connections. Put my hand on the compressor and plugged the unit in. I could feel the compressor running for about 20 seconds then it would shut off. When it shut off I noticed there was a visible spark on the Overload Protection Device plugged into the side of the compressor. I figured that seemed odd. So I decided to try to replace it and see what happens. Went online and searched for the part. Found it at AppliancePartsPros.com .It also came with the relay that was also plugged into the compressor. I replaced them both and the unit started working properly. Not bad for ~$40.
It was very easy for me since I have been repairing Semiconductor Equipment for about 40 years. Be very careful with electricity if you don't have any experience with it.
