I didn't really know what broke. I looked at ApplicancePartsPros.com for the stove using the model number. I found the picture that showed all the parts to the oven door. Wiht that I knew exactly which parts were broke and needed to be replaced. I ordered the parts and had them in 2 days. This is why I use ApplicancePartsPros.com..
