With the help of the video, once I received my new part I had it installed within 10 minutes. Then another few minutes to attach a new cord. So instead of spending $500 on a new dryer, I had my 5 year dryer up and running for under $100.
I am pretty sure it was the movers who hooked up the dryer wrong, had to change the plug from a 3 prong to a 4 prong.
My sales associate was very helpful.
