Where I live it is particularly difficult to track down an appliance repair person. I have functional electrical skills and have troubleshooting experience and utilized your well made videos to track down my problem quickly. Although I could have found the same part cheaper elsewhere, I appreciate the effort put into the videos and website, but most importantly the next day ship guarantee. When a dryer is down and you have a busy family, time is the most important aspect of the repair. Well worth the extra few dollars. I don’t write reviews unless I feel like a company truly has their act together and that seems to be the case here. Thumbs up!
