The error code pointed us to the thermistor but once we opened up the machine, the real problem was revealed. We used a crimper/stripper, butt splice, and electrical tape to fix a broken wire at the crimp socket coming from the thermistor wire harness. We replaced the thermistor anyway since we were already in there. The instructional video was very helpful for explaining the disassembly and reassembly process.
