I searched for frosting freezer and AppliancePartsPros.com came up. I went on the site and the diagnosis was matched with a possible part to order. There was a video showing how to test the defrost heater to verify it was the thermostat and how to change the part out. The best thing about the part was when I received the part was the connectors were on the part already making the repair easier. It took longer to get to the part than it was to change the part!
