John S Dundalk , MD May 20, 2015 Appliance: Model LD15751W1 I thought i had a ( old ) bad heat sensor on my clothes dryer but as i would later learn a bird had built a nest in the vent I replaced the heat sensor, but found that was not the problem . A bird had built a nest in the exhaust vent & caused the sensor to register a false reading . Cleaned the vent and working nicely now thank you . 2 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 30-60 minutes
