I viewed the you video on how to replace the spring. Although I had replaced the spring about 7 years ago, the video was helpful. This was a very simple repair and required removing only the two top screws above the door and the two screws for the bottom plate. I then unplugged the unit, turned of the water supply, and then disconnected the water supply from the unit. After pulling out the unit, I found that both springs were still good ... so now I have a spare for when it really breaks. The reason that I did this repair was that I mistakenly thought the door was going down too far.
