Without the help of ApplicanceParts.com I would have probably called a technician. My wife suggested that I may be able to repair it and suggested that I do a computer web search. Once I was linked onto your site and reviewed the "self-help" videos, I better understood what may be the issue and it was worth a try. I was certainly facing a professional fee of over a $100 and would have had to endure the scheduling, home visit, part ordering and return visit. I watched the videos several times and then called your "877" number. I was greeted by a very considerate and knowledgable person. I explained my problem, got excellent advice and ordered the suspect part. It arrived within 3-4 days. I was able to replace the control knob and clip in less than 5 minutes. My wife was impressed.
