Sherrie S Debary , FL January 17, 2017 Tines in the lower dishrack rusted on a 17 year old dishwasher I called Appliance Pro. My dishwasher is 17 years old and one row of tines needed to be replaced. I looked for the right product but found my dishwasher had 13 tines and the pic I saw had 12 so I went to CHAT. I had to produce the serial # to get the right product. The tech brought up a pic for me to see and it was the right one. This is the first time I've used this company and I plan to use them again. Excellent service.
