I watched the repair video by AppliancePartsPros.com and then ordered the Medium cam agitator repair kit--plus a small can of agitator grease. The video was very helpful. The only thing not quite as easy as the video depicted was snapping the upper section tabs to the lower upon reassembly. I was able to get them to snap into place by using a 7/8 in socket and put pressure first on one tab, then the other. A 1 in would have worked even better. Also, I had to clean a lot of slime and ground up "dogs" that were present in the video once I took the agitator out and removed top section from bottom.
