Ordered the repair kit on line and despite being in Texas - the part was here the very next day. It was exactly what we needed. The video link that came with the e-mail was absolutely a must - it made taking apart, putting in the parts and putting it back together easy. It was very step by step and we were able to pause it or replay parts needed. We are thrilled not to have to pay a big repair bill for something it turned out we were capable of doing.
