We recently purchased a house and the 1st time we used the dishwasher, the top rack came completely out of the unit. Given that all 4 fasteners for the wheels were broken, I would say the rack had been carefully placed in the unit. I ordered an assembly kit, watched your video, and then repaired the dishwasher, much to the delight of my wife.
