Removing the rack was simple, just pull out, lift the front and remove. Getting the sprayer arm off was scary at first, I was afraid I'd break it, but it just snaps on and one good tug freed it. It snapped easily onto the new rack, the rack slid back on the track, I reattached the wine glass stem holders that came with the original rack and that was it! Best part was I ordered on the Monday before Christmas and it was on the porch Tuesday!!Definitely getting any future business from me!
