I went on line and found several appliance web sites promising to be able to get the parts to fix it.
One website actually showed a video of how to fix it. It was a good video which showed everything involved and then easily showed me the parts list of the elements involved and how to fix it. I went further and actually ordered the element at about 1 or 2 AM.
