David S Indianapolis , IN June 29, 2022 The upper agitator was not rotating. Watched the repair video. Removed dispenser, inner cover, 7/16 retaining nut and upper agitator. Removed old cam parts and replaced with new. Assembled upper agitator and it worked perfectly. Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 15-30 minutes
