I watched the video and after removing power from the washer, I took off the fabric dispenser on top of the agitator. The I had to pry off the cap with a screw driver. After that i used a 7/16" socket and extension to remove the top agitator. once that is done the plastic ring comes off and the agitator dogs are replaced and the machine is put back together in the reverse process. he video made it easy to follow.
