So I took it upon myself to pull the unit out of the cabinet and took the top and back panel off and saw where the oven light had burn evidence on the surrounding insulation, so I proceeded to pull the ceramic base out and found it to be defective. I then went on line to get a replacement and I received the new base in just three days at a cost of $34.00 and it works just fine. Got the use of the oven with confidence again.
