Gary H Montclair , NJ June 06, 2015 The upper rack of my 12 year old whirpool dishwasher was rusting through the tines that hold the dishes were breaking away I watched the video on your site which showed me how to remove the old piece from the washer. Then I transferred the old fittings from the rack to the new rack. I chose to do this rather than using the new pieces that were sent with the rack.
