I custom cut out a plastic washer to hold the worn screw in place. For months, I added a small strip of duct tape to the screw's threads, which would often stay in tact for a few days. But eventually, the tape would heat up and the adhesive and moisture would cause the spray arm to detach. I found the replacement screw on your web site, and ordered it. The screw was a perfect match and now the spray arm works the way it should. I stil use the plastic washer I made, since the flange replacement would require a more expensive part.
