Everything online said the suspension springs were the problem. After tearing the machine down found that wasn’t my problem. When I went to remove agitator it was rusted in. Ended up breaking that to remove. With all that being said I found coins under my agitator and stuck in drain holes in the basket. This leads to water not draining all the way and causing machine to be off-balance. Also, that is why my agitator was rusted to shaft the water standing in machine. I removed the coins, cleaned rust of shafts reinstalled basket, new agitator and hold down bolt. Everything fine now
