Having bought the dryer used, I wasn't sure if it was in the original position or had it already been reversed. After speaking with a rep and studying photos, we both came to the conclusion it hadn't been reversed and the part number we were looking at was what I needed. I kid you not, the part I ordered arrived almost before I hung up the phone! And it was exactly what I needed. Correct color too. It's a relatively easy job, but the installation video made things much easier too! I absolutely couldn't rate this company and the service I received any higher. Six stars out of five.
