I watched the video on how to replace the GE washer agitator. On the internet I checked on AppliancePartsPros site that the part was compatible with my washer model and then ordered the part online. Put my fingers under the old agitator to lift it up and it came right out. I then put the new agitator in the spot where the old one was - pressed it on, and I was done.
