Searching for my symptom, I was connected to your website. Very easy to follow. The video of the repair was clear and spot on. Once I viewed the short video I realized that there was a different problem and your site allowed me to view related parts and videos that provide if this is a problem you will see these symptoms. I replaced the suspension spring and lid switch while I had the unit open (intermittent problem) and all works well.
