Beth M Egg Harbor City , NJ July 30, 2023 The washer would only complete loads using hot water. Watched the AppliancePartsPros.com video. Disconnected the water and power, pulled the machine out from the wall and removed the back, top panel. Removed the top control panel. Disconnected the part and replaced with the new one. Put the panels back on and reconnected the water and power. Pushed the machine back in place and was immediately able to complete a load with cool water. The video was so helpful to show how easy this was! And the feature that allowed me to check the fit with our model prevented me from ordering the wrong part, truly. Great experience overall....
