I watched all the causes & repair videos. Disassembled and looked at each part for probable cause. I found the clutch band and lining was partially coated with some black greasy substance. So I removed it, cleaned it well and took some sand paper and to the shine off the pads and reassembled it. Everything else looked good except I broke the clip on the lid switch when removing it. I ordered the new switch, it arrived the next day,, finished reassembling the washer and now it runs good. I couldn't have done the repair without those videos!
