Thought it was the timer, It would eventually fill and rinse but each wash cycle took at least 2 hours. Did not want to spend the money for a repairman on a 20+ year old washer, planned to buy a new one. Then I realized it was not allowing cold water through the valve, so I replaced the water valve. Fixed for $30 instead of having to call a repair man for over $100, or buy a new machine for even more!
