I went to AppliancePartsPros.com after searching for the repair part for my GE washer. The website was very clear and I located the parts I would need. I was very nervous to tackle this repair but I watched the video and it showed me exactly what needed to be done. I couldn't pry the agitator off at first but the video showed the technician using a piece of cording to help get a better grip. This was the answer! After the old parts were removed I installed the new parts and the job was done. I ran a load of laundry to test the washer and all was well! The video was the key for me to try doing the repair. I am very satisfied.
