We found our agitator was stripped. Ordered on a Sunday evening, part arrived Wednesday. Washer is up and running again! We are not professionals, we are a family of 4 and are thankful reasonably-priced repairs are possible versus purchasing a new appliance or calling in an expensive pro. Thank you!!
