It had to be one of three things. Process of elimination. Hot ran through cold fine...screens in valve were plugged, so they got cleaned . Still not working so I ordered a new valve and when it got here I tore into the washer. Funny thing though...had 1 screw left over. Tore it apart twice and still couldn't find where it went! My son said that he takes pictures before he starts...great idea!
