My sister in law told me that her washer wouldn't run. If she slammed the lid sometimes it would run a little bit. She was doing her laundry at my house and said she had "a guy" coming out the next day. "What?! I said, I can have it running in 10 min and have a new part in two days"
So, i looked up the model on your site, watched the video then went to her house to rig the old switch until the new one came in. I showed her your site and the video. When the part came in, she came and got it and put it in herself. I don't think she will be so quick to call a "service guy" in the future.
After this experience and me telling her all the appliance repairs I've been able to do over the years due to your site, i think you have a new customer.
