I looked at your site and found many other people with the same problem and how they used your site to finally get the correct info and parts to replace. Not only does my Washing Machine work like new but it is soooo quiet!! I have to say the video was spot on and made the job so easy. I would recommend and will recommend your company. The parts I ordered where a Snubber Ring, Six New Springs and a new Drive Belt...total cost was $46.00...WOW! Keep doing what you are doing!!
