Well... found your website, found someone had written regarding the same problem, and hesitated to order the lid switch not knowing how to do it. After watching your video, ordered the part and just now (Saturday-6/17/23), have replaced the lid switch it filled the washer and it is working! Music to my ears!!!! Saved a bundle by doing it myself! I've had this machine since 2017---simple. Also, not knowing how to use my tools (63+ y/o female) so it took me a bit longer but just messed with it until I managed to take it apart and put it back together. I had my laptop with me and just followed step by step! It was a bit challenging for me only because I didn't know how to use the tools and was careful not to break any part. I also took the area apart a week before I ordered the part to familiarize myself with the procedure.
