Using the diagrams available on the website we were able to find and order the needed replacement part. The video guided us easily through the repair. This is the 3rd time we have used your company for parts and repair. We have passed your website onto several friends and neighbors that have also had good success. As a household with healthcare workers that are working through this pandemic. Not having a working washer is not an option.
