I searched the internet for a washing machine not spinning or draining. I found out that the problem could be the lid switch. I found a video on how to access & remove the lid switch. It was very easy to remove once I saw the video. Attached to the video was a link to order the part. I replaced the lid switch & the washing machine is now working fine. So glad I didn't order a new washing machine!
